Best of Weedmaps 2020

I was the Lead Product Designer on the Best of Weedmaps 2020 campaign. The Best of Weedmaps celebrates retailers and brands that go that extra mile in providing  high quality listing pages and the best customer service. It's an award that celebrates the most engaged dispensary, delivery service, and brand, for giving their consumers the highest quality listing page(s) and customer service.

We set out to determine what was most important for the users? What did they care most about? and how were they going to interact with this new award system?
