‍Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Led a team of product designers, responsible for coaching and guiding them.

• Led the development of ADA-compliant innovative design solutions for user, product, and business problems by working closely with engineering, CX, marketing, growth, retention, and product teams during a major acquisition.

• Built the Nutrafol Figma Enterprise and template system while leading the reorganization and transfer of multiple design systems.

• Responsible for the UX/UI of two major subscription-based e-comm sites (300M+ in 2022), multiple user portals, two product recommendation quizzes, and all landing pages.

• Implemented a successful new agile design process during two extensive GTMs and trained 7+ product and brand designers in Figma and Confluence.Paired UX research methods and resources like A/B testing, surveying, and focus groups and Baymard Premium with customer feedback from CX and analytics tools to influence stakeholders and gain support for design strategies and roadmapping with cross-functional teams.Built custom dashboards and segments in our analytics tool to run efficacious reports.

Using data-driven design, we met every quarterly goal, a successful 200% increase in revenue in 2022 (100M in 2021 to 300M in 2022).
