My Design Philosophy

I believe, designing better products starts with making helpfulness a top priority. Empathizing with the user and creating thoughtful experiences must be helpful at its core. My design process includes a “helpfulness lens” I’ve developed over the years. I approach work with a strong philosophy of ethics-first decision-making. This exists in many ways, with considering the negative impacts of my work on customers, non-customers, society, the planet, and more (yikes!)
